Matt Top Gel Splash - White

A matt finishing gel enriched with tiny different sized shaped flecks. It can be cured under a lamp to matt finish in 1 minute but can be made shiny with an additional coat of Extra Top finishing gel. You'll get a nice "splashed" effect in 1 coat and a denser effect in two coats. Now available in 2 colours.
