Shipping policy
Orders are subject to a minimum of £6.50 delivery charge to Mainland UK. £15 for next day delivery and £20 for Saturday.
We will endeavour to despatch goods to you by the estimated delivery date, however we will not accept liability to deliver within the stated time or day where circumstances are caused beyond our control, such as delays by delivery Companies or manufacturer’s lead times.
Deliverys are made Monday - Friday unless Saturday delivery has been selected at time of purchase.
When delivery of Goods has been made, you will need to sign a “Proof of Delivery” document to confirm receipt of your goods. The customer is responsible to check the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. If any discrepancy occurs or, evident damage to the packaging, you must note this on the “Proof of Delivery” or refuse delivery of goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to check and count all parcels/goods before signing any accompanying delivery note. Errors cannot be corrected afterwards.
MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS
Claims for missing or damaged goods will not be accepted unless we are advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods. BrillBird UK will not consider any claims made outside of the stated notification period.
RETURNING UNWANTED OR INCORRECTLY ORDERED GOODS
When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected BrillBird UK may agree to their return. This request must be made to BrillBird UK within 7 days of receipt of goods. The returning of goods to us will be entirely your responsibility. We will not be held responsible for missing parcels that you are returning to us. Returned goods will only be accepted where a returns authorisation number has been given. This must be quoted on all accompanying documentation. The following goods only are eligible for return:
1) Goods that are non-perishable or non-sterile
2) Goods that have not been given free or as part of an offer
3) Goods that are unworn, unused and sent back to us in original packaging
4) Goods received that have been substituted for original items ordered
5) Goods must be a current product line and not discontinued
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
BrillBird UK reserves the right to apply a handling charge when an order is cancelled. In respect of special non-standard items such as specialised equipment, orders cannot be cancelled; payment must be paid in full. Cancellation after dispatch cannot be accepted.
